National CPN Resource Center (CRC)

The work of the CPN is focused on a high-impact approach to HIV prevention based on scientifically-proven, cost-effective, and scalable interventions directed to the populations who need it most.
The CPN is made up of 22 national organizations that support the HIV prevention workforce through free training, technical assistance, consultation, and information dissemination.
This network of organizations is supported by a National CPN Resource Center at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Nursing and Health Studies. The CPN Resource Center (1) develops and implements marketing to increase the visibility and utilization of the CPN and its services; (2) supports the development of CPN products by translating existing products into Spanish, transitioning face-to-face curricula into online learning opportunities, and securing continuing education units for trainings; (3) coordinates the CPN to enhance communication, coordination, and collaboration across the network; and (4) assists in evaluating and measuring performance to ensure ongoing quality improvement.
The CPN Resource Center mobilizes the power of the collective of 22 organizations that make up the network to support CDC and the National HIV/AIDS Strategy.
